New Age Meditation – A Simple Habit That Just Might Save Your Life!

Heart disease remains a major cause of death yet there is much that you can do to prevent it. By this I don’t mean just taking tablets for cholesterol at a cost of billions of dollars. Some of the things may look obvious, whilst others may surprise you. Here are ten simple tips on heart health.

What if you made a promise to yourself today that for the next week you’ll set aside at least one half hour every other day of the week just for yourself? You can spend that time doing almost anything that helps you relax and feel happy. You could take a bubble bath, listen to music on your MP3 player, read a book, How to meditate, go for a walk, stare up at the clouds, look through photo albums, watch your favorite television show… the list of options is totally up to you.

Take some time out of your day to do this easy meditation exercise. You can practice it for 10 minutes or more if you need it. Find a silent spot in your house to do your exercise and be sure that nothing or no one will interrupt your meditation for these 10 minutes. Also make sure that there are no electronic gadgets around that could steal your focus.

There have been times previously where I have experienced this situation. It is like being in the “zone” of effortless top notch sales performances and the only explanation I can offer is that I at these times I have achieved vibrational alignment. It’s effortless, exhilarating and fun!

There is a story in the bible that we can learn from that will give us tips and some inside information as to what to do in such cases. It is the story of Jesus calming the wind and the waves. The story can be found in Matthew 8:23-27, Mark 4:35-41, and Luke 8:22-25. One day Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s go over to the other side of the lake.” So his disciples took him just as he was and they got into the boat and started out. There were other little boats going along also. All of a sudden a huge storm starts and the boat that they are in is filling up with water very fast. The waves are crashing and splashing over the sides of the boat. The wind is just whipping around and blowing hard.

He was now hungry, but there was little time. He was also tired from the 4.30am start. He grabbed a coffee and muffin (health bran) from the cafe and went up, chatted to a few people and then started his meeting just on time.
