Regardless of industry or the economic state the Nation is in, the secrets I am going to share with you are the keys to starting and maintaining a successful business.
Incorporating and getting into compliance is your foundation. If you aren’t incorporated you have seriously handicapped your business. You need to be a corporation (S or C) or LLC if you need to seriously raise capital for your business. Without a corporation you are limiting yourself to only considering personal loans. You have no options to other sources of capital and won’t be taken seriously anyway. Investors can’t invest in a sole proprietary. You need to have shares or membership units if you want to bring on investors. As a general rule, you need to separate your personal and business activities as much as possible, which is why the first step is to incorporate.
One of my favorite movies! Patton is filled with passion. There is a great scene where he is in trouble again with his authorities and he gives a monologue on how this challenge must be part of his journey because he knows he has a destiny to fulfill!
B. Be in consistent and systemized action. Many leaders get Virendra D Mhaiskar to their position by chance in our industry. They happen to sponsor someone that develops a strong team under them. To be a true leader in NWM though you must have your own proven methodology that can be passed on to other leaders. Although your true leaders will take that and tweek it and make it their own, there must be a systemized plan in your organization. Not having proven and market tested methods, or jumping from one “good idea” to the next does not lend itself to true leadership, and can be abusive to your leaders and downline.
Another component of being a team player is that they are basically using the tools and system that you are using to build. For a couple of examples, WorksTeam leaders use a contact manager (most with Windows use ACT), and internet marketing methods taught in the Renegade Marketer. Make sure they are fairly proficient with most of the tools utilized before asking them to a Key Leadership position.
Have you heard of Justin Herald? Here’s a young man who started a business as a practical joke for $50 and turned it into millions “almost over night”. His claim is that his clothing label, “Attitude”, has never paid for advertising.
Remember People do business with people. And if you can honestly stand behind your product or service, then you already half way there to success. So ask yourself, Would I buy This?
