The gist of it is that we create and allow everything that happens in our lives, good or bad. We either actively create the situation, or we allow it to happen to us, without doing something about it.
You must have positive thoughts. Studies showed that one can have 5000 thoughts or more in a given day. If it’s true or not, I don’t know, but what I do know is that we have a lot of thoughts going on in our daily life. Some are positive and some are negative, or somewhat positive and somewhat negative. The first tool that comes to my mind is called the submodalities. It is so effective that you can use this neuro linguistic programming technique and change your emotions in seconds.
You may begin by going beyond wanting to lose weight, and you have to search for meaning behind it. Obviously this is an task that is to be completely distinctive to you.
